Shipping cost
We offer both standard and tracked shipping on all orders. Orders placed in The Netherlands are always tracked. Additionally, orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be automatically tracked.

Processing Times
Packing and preparing an order can take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow the designated prepping time before reaching out to us about any delays.

While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives swiftly and safely, we can not guarantee that there will be no delays. However, on the PostNL website, you can check any current countries with delays or other shipping issues.
