Refund policy
NullPout does not accept returns or order cancellations outside of the European Union. Read section European Union 14 day cooling off period for more information on this exception.
NullPout can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels done by the third party shipping companies. Any issues with lost or missing parcels should be redirected to the designated post office. We suggest picking tracked shipping to ensure the safe arrival of your package. However, if your package has far exceeded the delivery date, we are happy to send you a replacement. But the new shipping costs will be charged to you.
In case of damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is a problem with your product(s), contact us with valid proof of damages, a description of the problem, your order number and receipt, as well as any additional information that may help us better assist you. The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (If applicable)
NullPout does not standardly offer refunds outside of the EU 14 day exception. Depending on the issue with your order, you may qualify for a replacement as mentioned above.
However, in case you have been approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
